We want to develop a fast conjugate heat transfer (CHT) simulation model that runs for minutes, not hours.

The slowness of OpenFOAM’s algorithm is related to weak heat transfer coupling between solid and fluid domains.

We develop fast simulation models that are based on using two different software packages – Elmer FEM (heat transfer) and OpenFOAM (fluid dynamics).
